The Rising Tide Foundation and Universidad de las Hespérides are excited to open applications for the Lanzarote Forum 2025. The Lanzarote Forum, which will take place 16-19 October 2025, is a dynamic gathering where project owners who are facing hurdles come together with a range of experts to overcome hurdles and accelerate projects.

We are seeking proposals for projects throughout Europe that are driven by classical liberal principles and demonstrate the potential for tangible, on-the-ground results. We strive to identify and accelerate projects with the potential to scale that will serve as models for others, demonstrating the power and effectiveness of private sector solutions in addressing society’s most pressing issues. We welcome submissions from various fields, including but not limited to education, environment, energy, economic opportunity, migration, trade, finance, urban planning, and free speech, among others. 

To be considered for the Lanzarote Forum, projects must face a hurdle that needs to be overcome (which goes beyond the challenge of raising funds), which could benefit from expert advice and meaningful conversations. Examples of challenges you may be facing include (but are not limited to), refining your target audience, determining key players to make your project a success, deciding the next steps to prioritize, identifying potential marketing strategies and technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will be open-minded, intellectually humble, and eager to collaborate with experts. If you are passionate about driving meaningful change and believe in the power of individual freedom, we encourage you to submit your project proposal.
