We are delighted to introduce our new colleague, Paola Atzei, who joined the Rising Tide Clinical Cancer Research team as Senior Scientific Program Manager in May 2023.
Paola holds a Marie Skłodowska-Curie PhD in Neuroimmunology from the University College Dublin and a master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology from the University of Modena & Reggio Emilia, Italy. She completed several project management education courses including a Diploma in Project Management from the Institute of Project Management in Dublin, Ireland. Paola joins the Rising Tide team after working at TOPADUR Pharma AG, a patient oriented, clinical-stage biotech company that develops disruptive therapies for aging diseases, where she was on the Lead Management Team as Chief Project Officer. Previous to her 5 years at TOPADUR, Paola was employed as a grant and scientific manager both at the University of Zürich and University of Lausanne and worked at Science Foundation Ireland, a government funding agency.
