Rising Tide Foundation for Clinical Cancer Research Continues Partnership with Blood Cancer United to Co-Fund ACT Grants

Rising Tide Foundation for Clinical Cancer Research (RTFCCR) is pleased to continue its collaboration with Blood Cancer United in co-funding Academic Clinical Trials (ACT) initiative – an investigator-initiated clinical trial program designed to address unmet medical needs in blood cancer. This ongoing partnership supports innovative Phase 1 and 2 clinical trials that are ready to begin enrolling patients within 3–6 months of July 1, 2026.

Each award will provide up to $1M USD over three years to advance research that improves patient outcomes and quality of life.

Areas of Focus

Projects of interest include:

  • Precision medicines targeting new pathways (monotherapy or combinations: small molecules, antibodies, ADCs, RNAs, novel modalities)
  • Novel immunotherapy approaches
  • Tumor microenvironment-targeted therapies
  • Prevention and early intervention in premalignant conditions
  • Personalized medicine and companion diagnostics
  • Best-in-class trials with potential to change standard of care
  • Enhanced safety/efficacy in stem cell transplantation

We also encourage proposals featuring innovative trial designsdecentralized approaches, and emerging technologies such as AI to improve trial conduct.
