Welcome New CCR Patient Advisory Board Member Helen Bulbeck

We are thrilled to welcome Helen Bulbeck, PhD, as the newest member of our Patient Advisory Board!  

Helen is a testament to the power of lived experience in shaping healthcare advocacy and support. With her dual perspective as both a patient and a caregiver, she brings invaluable insights to our Patient Advisory Board.  

Her work with Braintrust, the charity she founded, exemplifies her commitment those affected by brain cancer: she has been instrumental in creating a national support network that empowers patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals with vital information and resources. Her belief in collaboration and knowledge-sharing is encapsulated in her belief that “none of us is as smart as all of us.” 

Her coaching approach is integral to her mission of empowering individuals to navigate the complexities of a brain tumor diagnosis with resilience and strength. Helen’s dedication to her roles underscores her passion for improving the lives of cancer patients.  

With her expertise, Helen will be a valuable addition to the Rising Tide advisory board.
